About the role:
As an Integration Consultant within the FinOps team, you are responsible for the run support and deployment of financial integrations on SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You ensure stable, secure, and standardized integrations across the SD Worx ecosystem while working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Run Support
- Provide Incident, Problem, and Change Management for Finance integrations on SAP BTP.
- Support and continuously improve interfaces between SAP S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud and other SD Worx solutions.
- Coordinate with service providers and third-party vendors for 3rd-line support.
- Support analytics and reporting solutions, including assessment of business needs and delivery of reporting enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and processes.
- Support Master Data Management activities, including data quality analysis and improvement actions.
- Project Support
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions.
- Support master data cleansing and migration activities.
- Execute and support testing activities.
- Maintain accurate technical and functional documentation.
- Customer Coach Mindset
- Strong customer-focused approach, understanding end-to-end customer journeys.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, countries, and disciplines.
- Acts as a trusted expert, supporting and coaching colleagues and stakeholders.
Knowledge & Experience
Required
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP BTP / CPI.
- Experience in a multinational support or delivery environment.
- Good understanding of systems integration landscapes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong service mindset, analytical skills, and structured way of working.
- Ability to work independently and proactively report progress.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or German.
- Prior experience in Finance or financial systems.
