Your key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives in the UK market, targeting our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the broader HR Tech space.
- Drive pipeline creation through events, webinars, roundtables, campaigns, and regional activations aligned with our UK growth strategy.
- Capture market demand and convert engagement into qualified opportunities in close collaboration with Sales.
- Enable customers for speaking opportunities, case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programs.
- Manage and allocate the UK marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on regional initiatives.
- Gather and analyze market insights to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute campaigns.
- Set KPIs and track results using Salesforce.
