We are now looking for a Sales Manager (Maternity leave cover) for our UK&I sales team. We are based in Soho - London and looking for the manager to be in the office 3 days a week. It's a great opportunity to join an amazing journey and keep building and developing our great sales team. We value your personality and passion!
You will be joining our UK sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), Arsenal FC, Lotus Cars, Whyte & MacKay or Space NK.
Key responsibilities in the role:
- 3–5+ years managing upmarket AEs in a B2B SaaS environment
- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quota in a high-growth company
- Strong understanding of Enterprise sales motions: account planning, multi-threading across deal cycles, working with procurement, legal, InfoSec assessments and RFPs
- Comfort in engaging with C-Level executives
- Deep expertise with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC and methodologies such as Challenger, Command of the Message and Value Selling
- Experience coaching on pipeline generation and account based outbound motions
- Proven ability to build forecasting discipline and operational rigour
Preferred:
- Experience selling in HR Tech / ATS / Talent space
- Background in a scale-up environment with rapidly evolving processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong/Jiminny, Cognism/ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
