Location: Lincoln area - Mobile

Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 40 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call)

What you'll be doing:

As a Plumber, you will ensure our clients' facilities remain safe and compliant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
  • Undertaking tank disinfections and replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
  • Conducting mains injections, local disinfection tasks.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
  • Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. You should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks. Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is also a bonus. A full UK driving license is essential.
