We are searching for an organized and energetic School Receptionist for a busy secondary school in Leeds. We need a "can-do" individual who can manage a fast-paced reception desk while providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our students and their families.

Salary: £23,500 – £26,000 (local Government Grade)
Contract: Permanent, Term-time only

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Communication Hub: Being the first line of response for telephone queries and filtering calls appropriately to minimize disruption to teaching staff.
- Data Entry: Ensuring student medical records and emergency contact information are kept up to date in strict accordance with GDPR.
- Welfare First Aid: Acting as a designated First Aider (training provided) to support students with minor injuries or ailments during the school day.
- General Clerical: Assisting the Office Manager with a variety of tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining the staff room.
