We are now looking for a Sales Manager (Maternity leave cover) for our UK&I sales team. We are based in Soho - London and looking for the manager to be in the office 3 days a week. It's a great opportunity to join an amazing journey and keep building and developing our great sales team.
Key responsibilities in the role:
- 3–5+ years managing upmarket AEs in a B2B SaaS environment
- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quota in a high-growth company
- Strong understanding of Enterprise sales motions: account planning, multi-threading across deal cycles, working with procurement, legal, InfoSec assessments and RFPs
- Comfort in engaging with C-Level executives
- Deep expertise with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC and methodologies such as Challenger, Command of the Message and Value Selling
- Experience coaching on pipeline generation and account based outbound motions
- Proven ability to build forecasting discipline and operational rigour
Preferred:
- Experience selling in HR Tech / ATS / Talent space
- Background in a scale-up environment with rapidly evolving processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong/Jiminny, Cognism/ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
