An excellent opportunity has arisen for an early-career English Teacher to join a coeducational secondary academy serving the Coventry/Warwickshire border region. This is a full-time, permanent ECT role, teaching Key Stages 3–4, including GCSE English & Literature.
About the Role
You will plan and deliver creative, student-centred lessons that build confidence in reading, writing, and critical analysis. As an ECT, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship, structured induction support, and a clear professional development pathway.
