This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving performing arts faculty within a school that places creativity, scholarship and performance at the heart of its educational philosophy. We are seeking a talented and inspiring musician-educator who can nurture individual potential while contributing to a rich programme of concerts, recitals and co-curricular music.
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5
- Deliver a balanced curriculum including performance, composition, listening and music theory
- Prepare pupils for GCSE and, where appropriate, A Level Music
- Contribute to the school’s extensive co-curricular programme
- Lead and/or accompany ensembles, choirs or chamber groups
- Support individual instrumentalists and performance scholars
- Play an active role in concerts, productions and whole-school events
