The Role

Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the school, ensuring accuracy, compliance and value for money.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and payments

  • Monitoring budgets and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Supporting budget planning and financial reporting

  • Managing reconciliation and audit preparation

  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving finance queries

  • Supporting compliance with financial procedures and controls
