Key Responsibilities: Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying prospects, conducting meetings, negotiating, and closing opportunities. Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success. Maintain a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, processes, and industry. Be a team player by sharing ideas, feedback, and supporting peers. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in outbound sales. Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting. Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms. Passion for driving business growth through new opportunities. Ability to generate leads independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivation and a sense of urgency to deliver results promptly. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
