Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating proposals, and securing new business.
- Source and qualify leads through outreach methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, and using social networks such as LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Contribute ideas, feedback, and support to peers.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience selling into the MENA markets (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales; SaaS or HR platform experience highly desirable.
- Passion for business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities in new territories.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo, Slack, and Notion.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
