The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

EMEA review and approve invoices. Manage contracts with freight providers and maintain accurate shipping rates in our systems. Dispute and request credits for late or undelivered shipments. Develop and maintain inventory control processes, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory. Standardize and improve operational processes globally by collaborating with local and international teams. Lead, train, and mentor direct reports, including Operations Associates and Regional Operations Managers. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, with a track record of driving growth and efficiency.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and developing a team.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with international markets and global e-commerce platforms is a plus.
