We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a UK-based company. This role requires strong administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience supporting healthcare professionals or working within the UK medical system is highly desirable.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and inbox coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between executives, clinical staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and documentation.
- Assist with operational tasks related to clinic management, patient coordination, and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Support project coordination and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience working with UK-based companies; exposure to healthcare or podiatry settings is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with UK healthcare compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, patient data handling) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration.
- Able to work for UK Time Zone.
