A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven New Homes Sales professional with strong property sales experience to join the team of a high-end developer selling exquisite homes. This is a client-facing on-site role working 5 days including weekends on a rota basis. Salary: 45K PA including commission.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following up enquiries from prospective buyers
  • Assisting with marketing of properties
  • Meeting clients and discussing interior options
  • Liaising with property agents
  • Chasing up queries to meet deadlines
  • Handling sales progression issues such as conveyancing and financial qualifying of applicants

Minimum requirements:

  • Recent UK property sales experience and knowledge of UK legislation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Experience in New Homes Sales Progression or a strong desire to move into sales
