We have a great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join one of the country’s largest and most respected independently owned house builders with a great reputation. You will join a stunning new housing development with a choice of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes. Includes a very competitive base salary of £34,000 and generous benefits package!
About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
What type of candidate are we looking for?
- You will be an experienced Sales Negotiator
- Project a professional and confident manner
- Excellent communication
- Previous experience with a National, Local or Independent House Builder
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office
- Current full UK driving licence
