We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on a premium development in the Kingston upon Thames area. The development has a mix of properties priced up to 1 million. If you have previously worked for a UK New Build Property Developer selling houses then we want to hear from you. Senior level estate agency residential sales experience will also be considered if relevant New Build or possibly some Lettings experience.
Shift pattern is Sunday to Thursday with days off Tuesdays & Weds. Holiday allowance 32 days per annum. Generous basic salary on offer depending on experience - OTE 60K. Evidence of UK new build property sales successes essential.
As an experienced new build sales negotiator, your feedback and input will be welcomed and you will directly influence the potential success of this development by suggesting improvements to current processes, adopting new sales strategies whilst working alongside another consultant. Knowledge of the Consumer Code, NHBC and HBF as well as ability to read drawings are essential.
Duties include:
- Taking ownership of the development sales, show homes and public areas conducting monthly sales excellence audits to ensure all areas are always maintained and presented to the highest standard.
- Manage all customer enquiries (website, telephone, email, or walk-in) effectively and efficiently capturing details and requirement accurately via the inhouse database and convert to site visit or appointment.
- Qualify customers, establishing moving position and timescales, needs and financial situation. Develop credible solutions securing reservations with maximising revenue and margin.
- Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
- Secures customer reservations ensuring sales targets are met, works closely with the in house legal teams and sales admin to ensure sales progress to completion efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maximises sales of unit upgrades supporting customers throughout the selection process, processing orders.
