We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team based in Waterloo. This role will involve managing projects typically valued between £300k and £1.5m, delivering high-quality building services solutions across a range of commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of MEP projects, with a particular emphasis on BMS installations and upgrades
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
- Ensure seamless integration of BMS with wider building systems and network infrastructure
