We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team based in Waterloo. This role will involve managing projects typically valued between £300k and £1.5m, delivering high-quality building services solutions across a range of commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of MEP projects, with a particular emphasis on BMS installations and upgrades
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
- Ensure seamless integration of BMS with wider building systems and network infrastructure
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and quality procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager, ideally within BMS-focused projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems
- In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Experience with network integration and smart building technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services)
- Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
- Familiarity with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)
