We're looking for a Social Content Producer to work on-site at our clients offices in London, England. As a part of our in-house Production Team, you'll help build our exciting partnership program with global brands to deliver both organic and paid content that stands out on social media and drives brand growth/results. This role will see you supporting projects end-to-end working alongside a Programme Manager. This can range from running interactive workshops with brands, refining conceptual storyboards into reality driven shot lists, capturing dynamic footage on location/ in studio all the way to crafting platform-optimised edits in post. You should be confident in managing production teams, and/or shooting solo, and/or editing. This role requires a deep understanding of what performs across paid and organic social channels. You'll collaborate closely with producers, the programme managers and creative strategists, but there will be occasions you will be expected to manage your shoots and edits with speed, quality, and adaptability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brands and teams, using data, trend analysis, and marketing research to co-produce high-performing advertising and social content
  • Lead workshops and production projects that empower brands and agencies to scale their creative capabilities
  • Develop and iterate on scalable production offerings by leveraging insights and creating educational, high-ROI content
  • Manage projects from ideation to execution
  • Foster a positive, educational, and collaborative production environment that's both fun and productive
  • Ensure partners understand all elements of production processes and set expectations for what is achievable within the time, space and budget set.
  • Convert brand wishlists, shot lists, and references into a realistic one-day shoot plan and fast edit turnaround.
  • Run shoots confidently and stay agile when plans change on the day.
  • Manage freelance shooters, DOPs, and editors across multiple projects.
  • Brief editors and give clear, structured feedback to reduce revision rounds and hit deliverables. (do we need this?)
  • Manage freelance and supplier budgets and ensure coverage across the project slate.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a content/social producer leading multi-faceted projects and managing diverse teams
  • Demonstrated success working with a range of talent, including digital creators, influencers, public figures, and senior executives
  • Hands-on experience & confidence with end-to-end production, from equipment and editing to workflow management
  • Strong problem-solving, with a successful history of building internal and external client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver high-impact creative results
  • Confident presenting and pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and in group brainstorms
  • Ability to turn concepts into scalable, repeatable content formats
  • Consider yourself a creator, be hands-on, proactive in your approach to content production and delivery
  • Excellent creative eye-know how to get the right angles and shots to capture attention
  • Optimise workflows for agility, customer experience, and creative delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and managing competing priorities.
  • Proven delivery under tight deadlines, changing requirements, and limited budgets.
  • Experienced managing freelancers across shoot and post; confident delegating and quality controlling.
  • Excellent editorial judgement and the ability to communicate feedback clearly and quickly.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solution focused.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of content creation and video production experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant production tools
  • Proven expertise crafting and producing engaging content for multiple social channels, including content developed with creators
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
