I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing precision engineering business based in the Dorset area. The business works across a diverse range of sectors including defence, scientific, and aerospace, providing a technically interesting workload that supports consistent growth. Their precision engineering team is highly skilled and works collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to exacting standards.
Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team and play a key role in shaping the company's future success. This is a key position for someone who can drive business growth, identify and secure new opportunities, and build excellent rapport with both new and existing clients.
