A leading engineering manufacturer is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with around 3+ years of hands-on experience who wants to develop their technical skills, travel internationally, and work on specialist industrial equipment supplied to customers worldwide.

You’ll begin with hands-on training in the Test Department, learning how to test, fault-find, set up and commission specialist process equipment before progressing into a global Field Service role.

  • Testing and commissioning specialist engineering equipment
  • Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
  • Installation, servicing and repairs at customer sites
  • Providing remote technical support
  • Producing service reports and technical documentation
  • Supporting customers across the UK and internationally
  • Working closely with internal engineering teams

Requirements:

  • Around 3+ years’ engineering experience
  • Engineering qualification or relevant practical experience
  • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Strong hands-on approach and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with worldwide travel and overnight stays
  • Good IT and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary: GBP32000 - GBP36000 per annum
