This is a sales focused role where you will convert inbound enquiries into holiday bookings, provide outstanding customer service, and maximise sales through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities- Converting inbound enquiries into bookings
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable holiday packages
- Upselling additional products and services
- Managing booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
- Following up leads and supporting sales activity
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
