You will play a key role in pricing and securing projects, working from architectural drawings and specifications to deliver accurate and competitive tenders.

  • Using specialist software to build accurate costings
  • Raising RFIs and ensuring all project requirements are understood
  • Supporting project handovers to design and delivery teams
  • Experience in estimating within aluminium / glazing / facade / construction
  • Knowledge of Logikal software (highly desirable)
  • Good understanding of specifications and project requirements

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Hybrid working (2 days from home after probation).
