We are seeking an Operations Planner to join a busy operations team in Portsmouth. This is a handsāon role with excellent opportunities for career development within a fastāpaced environment.
What you'll do:
- Plan and coordinate vessel and terminal operations efficiently.
- Manage and organise the operational workforce to meet daily requirements.
- Ensure smooth operations while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.
- Monitor operational performance with awareness of financial and commercial factors.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Some experience in shipping, logistics, or operations planning.
- Strong communication and relationshipābuilding skills.
