We are seeking an Operations Planner to join a busy operations team in Portsmouth. This is a hands‐on role with excellent opportunities for career development within a fast‐paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and coordinate vessel and terminal operations efficiently.
  • Manage and organise the operational workforce to meet daily requirements.
  • Ensure smooth operations while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.
  • Monitor operational performance with awareness of financial and commercial factors.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Some experience in shipping, logistics, or operations planning.
  • Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
