- Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement qualification
This is an opportunity to join a business that genuinely values engineering improvement and operational innovation. The role offers a good level of autonomy, involvement in varied projects and the chance to make a visible impact across manufacturing operations. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys improving the way things are done, introducing new ideas and being part of a collaborative engineering environment where practical thinking is valued.
