A leading precision engineering and manufacturing business is looking for a Quality Team Leader to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer, Senior Inspector or Quality Team Leader looking to take ownership of quality activities within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading day-to-day quality activities
  • Managing non-conformances and root cause investigations
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems
  • Conducting internal and supplier audits
  • Coaching and developing quality personnel
  • Working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Leadership role
  • Manufacturing, aerospace, defence or precision engineering background
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
  • Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA activities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
