We're currently recruiting for a part-time Operations Administrator to join a busy engineering environment in Poole. This would suit someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role will involve:
- Keeping internal records accurate and up to date
- Coordinating parts and equipment requirements for engineers
- Monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment
- Managing supplier returns and paperwork
- Making sure engineers have the equipment they need
- General operational support
Hours: Ideally 7:30am–3:30pm, 3 days per week, although there is flexibility.
Salary: £18,000-£19,000 pro rata
Contract: Initially 3 months, with the potential to extend and a genuine route to a permanent full-time position.
Previous administration, coordination, engineering support or stock-related experience would be useful, but organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach are more important.
