Are you a detail‑oriented Mechanical Engineer with a passion for CAD design, product improvement, and engineering change management? We're working with a well‑established, internationally backed engineering manufacturer seeking a Change Management CAD Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of existing products, supporting engineering change requests, updating designs, and collaborating with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating and modifying 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
  • Investigating and implementing engineering change requests
  • Managing drawing revisions and technical documentation
  • Updating Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Supporting engineering process improvements
  • Working closely with production, quality, purchasing and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Passion for continuous improvement

Bonus Skills:

  • Electro‑mechanical product knowledge
  • SolidWorks PDM experience
  • ERP system experience (SAP, IFS, Priority or similar)
