We are looking for a qualified Solar PV Electrician to join a growing solar PV operation based in Poole. This is a key role within the business, with the opportunity to be involved from an early stage. As the solar side of the business develops, there is a clear pathway for this role to progress into a senior or management position.

- Solar PV and Battery Storage training will be fully funded, with ongoing development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Installing solar PV systems, including DC cabling, inverters, AC connections, and system integration
- Testing, inspecting, and commissioning systems to BS 7671 and MCS standards
- Completing electrical certificates and MCS handover documents
- Liaising with Building Control and relevant authorities
- Fault finding, maintenance, and performance testing
- Working with roofing and project teams to ensure smooth installations
- Following health and safety requirements on site
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Understanding of DNO (G98/G99) and Building Control processes
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
