An exciting opportunity for a results-driven creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's Head Office located in Poole. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across all channels including social, paid media, email, content, and website performance. Your duties will include:
- Managing organic and paid content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook/Meta, and X.
- Building engaging post calendars with a mix of product, problem-solving, proof (case studies), and people content.
- Running paid campaigns to promote high-value content and retarget key segments.
- Monitoring post-performance, follower trends, and engagement metrics to sharpen strategy.
- Using the in-house studio to capture product walk-throughs and customer videos.
- Publishing and repurposing content across video, blogs, email, and paid ads to extend impact.
- Supporting/driving Email Marketing & Automation, creating content, building and scheduling campaigns.
- Writing and designing email content that drives clicks, replies, and results.
- Segmenting audiences, using A/B testing and performance data to refine timing, messaging, and subject lines.
- Tracking performance by open rate, click-through, lead conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Managing tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, and linking performance back to CRM and pipeline health.
- Supporting with optimising all paid channels - Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Meta platforms.
- Building and managing remarketing campaigns that re-engage high-intent users.
- Supporting WordPress-based websites across brands - keeping them fast, functional, and conversion-focused.
- Implementing/supporting SEO best practices depending on candidates' level of understanding.
- Owning reporting across GA4, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms.
- Reporting and sharing insights and recommendations - weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific.
Skills & Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
- Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and SEM strategies with a focus on revenue generation.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with A/B testing and website optimisation tools.
- Results driven and commercially focused.
- Proficiency in graphic design software for creating compelling visual content.
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
