We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Supervisor to join a global engineering and manufacturing business in Poole. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving performance across a busy CNC machining environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting a CNC machining team
