We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to work in fast-paced assembly roles on a day shift position, starting ASAP. You will ideally have experience in assembly production/manufacturing and be able to follow instructions. Good dexterity is a must, due to the small parts. You will also be working with the handling of chemicals (training will be provided). This is a fantastic opportunity for a temporary, ongoing position.
Previous assembly and soldering experience is essential. There may be some handling of heavier items approximately 5kg. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am until 16:45 and Friday 8am until 12:30. Pay is £12.91 per hour, increasing to £13.16 after 12 weeks.
You may be using tweezers, small machines, electronic screwdrivers or just using your hands, so you must have good dexterity skills and hand-eye coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will need to be comfortable working with chemicals. You should be comfortable working to hourly targets.
Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, safety glasses and masks are required and provided. This is a standing role. Any job offer is subject to a pass on the drug screening test.
