Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing the marketing strategy
- Support with event preparation both internal and external
- Organise external gifting from initial ideas through to delivery
- Responsible for marketing the literature library and maintenance of literature
- Create document artwork (product guides, leaflets, business cards, website documents)
- Research sourcing and ordering branded merchandise
- Update event ROI tracker with event data/costs
- Work alongside external PR agency and outsourced exhibition company
- Help create documents and content; act as central contact for literature & branded goods for the sales team
- Produce artwork and distribute in a timely manner
- Ensure all marketing documents meet/gain approval before being sent out
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience within a marketing role or relevant internship/work placement
- Strong IT skills with marketing creative packages, particularly Adobe Suite
- Proficient with Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good copywriting skills; able to adapt to the company tone of voice
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team
- Creative flair; experience in creating branded documents/imagery is a plus
