We’re looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-spec engineering environment working on complex, precision-machined components. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on problem solving, process improvement, and advanced machining technology. You’ll play a key role in developing manufacturing methods, programming multi-axis CNC machines, and driving continuous improvement across production.

What you’ll be doing as Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Programming 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC machines
  • Creating tooling plans, setup sheets & production methods
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency, quality & cost performance
  • Supporting new product introduction projects
  • Driving lean manufacturing and process improvements
  • Working closely with quality and production teams

What our client is looking for in a Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Strong CNC programming & precision machining experience
  • CAD/CAM knowledge – ideally Fusion 360 or similar
  • Background in aerospace, defence or high-precision engineering
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
