Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, delivering an exceptional level of service throughout the lettings process. You will generate and follow up on enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies, and ensure all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings and providing feedback to landlords
  • Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive networking and marketing
  • Assisting with tenancy progression and ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Supporting the wider lettings team in meeting office and personal targets

About You

  • Previous lettings or property experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven with a positive attitude
  • IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
