We're working with a well-established, growing business in the construction and service sector who are looking for a Planner to join their busy team. This role is perfect for someone with planning or service coordination experience who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys organising schedules, supporting engineers, and providing excellent customer service.

The Role

  • Plan, schedule, and manage engineer diaries
  • Book service, repair, and ECO works with customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for engineers and customers
  • Process service documentation, worksheets, and raise purchase orders
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and dispatch parts as required
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations

You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a Planner, Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems
