An exciting opportunity to join a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of leading brands across beauty, personal care and lifestyle categories, sold through major retailers and ecommerce platforms across EMEA. With Ecommerce as a key growth priority and increasing focus on driving execution speed, consistency and performance across priority SKUs and retailers, my client is continuing to build a lean, high-impact team focused on accelerating performance where it matters most.
The Role:
This role will act as the delivery engine for ecommerce execution across priority SKUs and retailers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all agreed actions are implemented quickly, consistently and to a high standard across markets, teams and partners. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, critical to turning strategy into results. You will help turn priorities into action across markets, retailers and partners, ensuring that key initiatives are delivered quickly and consistently. For the right person, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact fast and help shape how ecommerce execution is managed across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Delivery Management: Translate strategic priorities into clear actions: Content updates, Media changes, Market execution plans.
- Ensure all actions are implemented: On time, To agreed standards.
- Cross-Market Coordination: Local ecommerce teams, Agencies, Content and media stakeholders. Ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. Maintain full visibility of execution status.
- Speed & Performance Tracking: Track progress of all actions: Status, Deadlines, Risks. Ensure rapid turnaround on high-priority items. Maintain a clear execution pipeline.
- Blocker Removal & Escalation: Identify issues slowing down delivery: Missing assets, Delays in markets, Process bottlenecks. Escalate where needed and resolve quickly. Drive momentum across all stakeholders.
- Hands-On Support: Step in directly where required to: Fix content gaps, Support campaign execution, Deliver urgent changes. Ensure no critical task stalls due to dependency gaps.

- Owns delivery speed and execution quality.
- Drives actions through to completion.
KPIs:
- Speed of implementation (time to deliver actions).
- % of actions completed on time.
- Number of issues resolved / unblocked.
- Improvement in execution consistency across markets.
