We’re partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand operating within the beauty, personal care and lifestyle space, known for its strong retail presence and continued investment in digital growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the UK General Manager, with full ownership of shaping and accelerating the UK’s transition from a traditional retail-led model to a digitally driven, omni-channel business.
You will lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking eCommerce strategy across key UK retail partners and direct channels (excluding Amazon), driving sustainable online growth while enhancing the overall customer experience across both consumer and trade channels.
This role would particularly suit candidates who have worked across major UK retailers such as Boots, John Lewis, Superdrug, The Very Group, Argos, Lookfantastic, or Feelunique, with experience driving growth across both omni-channel retailers and digital-first pure-play eCommerce platforms.
- eCommerce Leadership – UK
- Define and lead the UK eCommerce strategy across omni-channel and pure-play retail partners, aligned to wider commercial objectives.
- Build and grow strategic relationships with key UK retailers, driving online sales, visibility, and category growth.
- Develop tailored digital strategies for wholesale/trade partners to elevate online execution and performance.
- Champion a culture of eCommerce excellence, embedding best practice across the wider commercial team.
- Use data and insights to optimise trading performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure success, ROI, and long-term value creation across all digital channels.
- Act as the in-market digital lead, embedding a digital-first mindset across the UK business.
- Partner cross-functionally with international eCommerce and marketplace teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Share best practice and insights across regions, contributing to broader digital capability building.
- Proven track record of building and scaling eCommerce within omni-channel retail and pure-play environments.
- Strong experience working with major UK retail accounts across beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Demonstrated success in delivering accelerated online growth and improving digital performance.
- Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Influential leadership style, with experience driving transformation and upskilling teams.
- Experience working with premium or aspirational consumer brands is highly advantageous.
