We are working with a well-established engineering company specialising in smoke ventilation systems, who are looking for an Assistant Contract Supervisor to support the delivery of installation projects across London, Essex and Kent.
This is a development role suited to someone with site experience who is ready to take the next step into coordination and supervisory support.
- You will support Contract Supervisors and Project Managers in ensuring installation work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Assisting with day-to-day coordination of installation teams across multiple sites.
- Supporting site supervisors with labour and subcontractor coordination.
- Helping ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained on site.
- Supporting snagging, testing, and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Experienced in M&E, HVAC, building services, or site-based work (entry–mid level).
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety (SSSTS/SMSTS desirable but not essential).
- CSCS card desirable but not essential.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
