The Role

As a CSCS Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting the site team and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting tradespeople and site operatives with daily tasks.
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
  • Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised.
  • Carrying out general labouring duties as instructed.
  • Following all site health and safety procedures.
  • Assisting with deliveries and site logistics.
  • Using basic hand tools where required.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the project.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
  • Previous construction site labouring experience.
  • Full PPE.
  • Good work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Two checkable work references.
