The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in concrete finishing works, with a strong emphasis on achieving high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces.
  • Apply various finishing techniques, with a focus on brush finish.
  • Interpret and execute project specifications and plans accurately.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in concrete finishing works.
  • Proven experience with brush finish techniques is essential.
  • Valid Blue CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 2 in Concrete Finishing or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
