Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with Dumper and Roller tickets for a long-term project based in Thurso, Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative looking for consistent work on a well-established site.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and concreting
- Operating forward tipping dumper and ride-on roller safely and efficiently
- Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets (essential)
- Proven experience in groundwork and plant operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full PPE
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Reliable, Punctual and professional
