Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Civils Team Leader / Ganger (SSSTS) for an immediate start.

Hours: 7:00am 7:00pm This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced Team Leader / Ganger to join a busy civils project, leading gangs of operatives and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.

The Role As a Civils Team Leader / Ganger, you will be responsible for supervising teams carrying out a range of civil engineering works.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Engineers, you will ensure all activities are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead gangs carrying out civils works.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress throughout each shift.

Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Deliver daily briefings and promote a strong health and safety culture.

Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to maximise productivity.

Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors.

Monitor the quality of workmanship and resolve any on-site issues.

Ensure site records, permits, and relevant documentation are completed accurately.

Maintain programme targets while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements Valid SSSTS qualification (essential).

Valid CSCS Card (essential).
