Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS Tractor Driver for an immediate start on a busy construction project in Dengie, CM10.

The Role

As a Tractor Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor to support the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring materials and equipment are transported efficiently while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a tractor across the construction site.
  • Transport materials, equipment, and plant as required.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
  • Assist with site logistics and general operational duties.
  • Follow site traffic management plans and instructions from the site management team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all site health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS.
  • Previous experience operating tractors on construction or civil engineering projects.
  • Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • HGV licence is NOT required.
