Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent with strong Deep Drainage experience for an immediate start in Saxmundham, Suffolk.

Rate – Negotiable


Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage deep drainage works and associated civil engineering activities
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site
  • Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to provide regular progress updates
  • Prepare site reports, method statements, risk assessments, and other necessary documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in deep drainage works within a Site Agent role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and other relevant site management certifications preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure project milestones are met
  • Gold CSCS (Minimum)
