Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent with strong Deep Drainage experience for an immediate start in Saxmundham, Suffolk.
Rate – Negotiable
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage deep drainage works and associated civil engineering activities
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site
- Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to provide regular progress updates
- Prepare site reports, method statements, risk assessments, and other necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in deep drainage works within a Site Agent role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- CSCS, SMSTS, and other relevant site management certifications preferred
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure project milestones are met
- Gold CSCS (Minimum)
