Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term opportunity on a major civils construction project in Ruislip.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, highways and infrastructure works, particularly kerbing, drainage and associated groundworks.

Key

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme milestones.

Coordinate all aspects of civils works, including kerbing, drainage, road construction, groundworks and associated infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.

Liaise with clients, engineers, local authorities and other stakeholders.

Manage project programmes, resources and procurement requirements.

Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain productivity.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil engineering or highways projects.

Strong knowledge of kerbing, drainage, road construction and general civils works.

SMSTS qualification.

CSCS Black Card (or equivalent management card).

First Aid at Work (preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects to a high standard.
