Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term project based in Central London, working on London Underground station refurbishment schemes. This is a PAYE role and an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused supervisor with rail experience looking for consistent, ongoing work.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on live station refurbishment projects. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards while coordinating trades and maintaining compliance with rail and site regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising site activities and workforce on London Underground refurbishment projects
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions
- Monitoring progress and reporting to site/project management
- Ensuring compliance with LU standards and rail safety requirements
- Managing permits, RAMS, and daily site documentation
Requirements
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience working on rail or London Underground projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Good communication and leadership skills
