Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced SSSTS Site Supervisor for immediate start in Oswestry.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supervising day-to-day site operations and workforce
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
  • Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to site management
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
  • Maintaining health & safety regulations at all times
  • Checking RAMS and ensuring compliance on site
  • Assisting with deliveries, materials, and site logistics

Requirements:

  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
  • First Aid qualification preferred but not essential
