Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting experienced and reliable NSCD Operatives for upcoming Rail Safety Critical works across London, Kent and Sussex. These positions will involve working on planned rail possessions and infrastructure projects, supporting safe and efficient delivery of rail works within live operational environments.

- Shift Patterns: Singles, Doubles & Triple Shifts Available
- Dates: Friday 29th May – Sunday 31st May
- Shifts: Days, Nights & Weekend Possessions
- Duration: Week 9 Possession Works
- Rates: Competitive rates available
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out NSCD duties in accordance with Network Rail and site safety standards
- Support rail infrastructure and possession-based works safely and efficiently
- Work closely with COSS teams, Engineering Supervisors, and site management
- Ensure all works are completed within planned possession times
- Follow all operational briefings, safe systems of work, and site instructions
- Maintain high standards of safety awareness within live railway environments
- Identify and report hazards, defects, or operational concerns promptly
- Support safe access, movement, and coordination on site
Requirements
- Valid Sentinel Card with relevant NSCD competency
- In-date PTS certification
- Previous experience working within Rail Safety Critical environments
- Good understanding of Network Rail procedures and possession working
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and safety awareness skills
- Additional rail competencies advantageous
