Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced PTS Civils Foreman for an immediate start on a range of rail infrastructure projects across London and surrounding areas. This is a long-term opportunity working on station upgrades, platform works, and general rail civils projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site teams and supporting the delivery of rail civils works safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site
  • Leading day-to-day rail civils activities
  • Delivering station upgrade and platform works
  • Ensuring works are carried out in line with Network Rail standards and site specifications
  • Carrying out site briefings and toolbox talks
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
  • Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
  • Working closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers
  • Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Requirements

  • Valid PTS certification
  • Previous experience as a Foreman on rail civils projects
  • Experience with station and platform works preferred
  • SMSTS
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work within possession and rail safety requirements
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
